Right of withdrawal & returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. On top of that we voluntarily offer an extended 30-day return window. Within this window you can return the item, provided it is undamaged and complete in its original packaging. You arrange and pay for the return shipping; once we receive and check it, we refund the full purchase price within 14 days.

1. Email info@galaxy-projector.nl with your order number to start a return.
2. Pack the projector with all included parts.
3. Send it back using the instructions you receive by email.
4. Once received and checked, we refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Warranty

Every astronaut galaxy projector comes with a 1-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.
